The Aura Protocol and its contributors do not provide, nor are they registered to provide, financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Any information shared regarding the Aura Protocol, AURA tokens, or participation in fundraising and yield farming programs should not be construed as professional financial guidance. #### Risk of Loss

Participation in decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols involves a high degree of risk, including but not limited to the volatility of crypto assets, the possibility of smart contract vulnerabilities, and the risk of total loss of principal capital. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for all financial outcomes resulting from your use of the platform. The Aura Protocol assumes no responsibility for any direct or indirect losses incurred through your participation in the ecosystem.

#### Technological and Network Risks

The Aura Protocol relies on underlying blockchain infrastructure. As such, all transactions are subject to network congestion, latency, and potential failures beyond the control of the platform. You are responsible for all network gas fees incurred during your interactions. Furthermore, while the protocol implements strategic safeguards—such as the 10% penalty for early unstaking—to mitigate risks like flash loan attacks, the platform does not guarantee total protection against malicious exploits, software bugs, or unforeseen technical failures.
